1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Aesthetic Architect & Structures ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website, requesting services, or submitting enquiries you accept and agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide architectural planning, structural design, MEP coordination, 3D visualization, plan submission services (Panchayat/Municipality/Zilla Parishad), stability certificates and optional site supervision. Scope and deliverables are defined in a separate proposal or service agreement for each project.

3. Quotes, Estimates & Payment

• Estimates provided on the website or by email are indicative. Final quotes depend on site condition, scope changes and material choices.
• Payment terms (advance, milestone payments, final) are established in the project proposal or invoice.
• Bank or financing approvals are subject to lender policies; we supply loan-ready documentation but do not guarantee loan approval.

4. OBPAS / Plan Approval

We prepare and submit approval drawings to the relevant authority based on the information provided. Approval timelines (commonly 2–3 weeks for standard residential submissions) are indicative and depend on the local authority's processes and response times.

5. Free Stability Certificate Offer

“Free Structural Stability Certificate” is offered only as described in the service package. The certificate is issued after our structural calculations and checks are complete and where full package payment or agreed milestones are settled. Certificate issuance is subject to the conditions stated in the individual project agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

• All drawings, renderings and documents produced by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received (unless agreed otherwise in writing).
• After full payment, you receive a license to use documents for construction and approvals. Reuse or transfer to third parties without written consent may be restricted.

7. Liability & Warranty

We exercise professional care in providing services. Our liability is limited to direct losses caused by proven professional negligence up to the total fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party costs including project delays or government decisions beyond our control.

8. Client Obligations

You must provide accurate site information, ownership documents, and timely approvals. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information may change timelines and fees.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in each project proposal. Advances may be non-refundable once design work or statutory submissions have commenced.

10. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services you consent to collection and use as described in that policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
